Anyone here done it?
I was at a consultation for buccal fat removal, the surgeon mentioned microliposculpture for my face could be good along with the buccal fat removal.
Im lean with little chubby face, im 72kg and 190cm. I know getting lean is always the better option but i cant get much leaner and not look even more like a twig
