Thoughts on fgfr3 inhibitors

What are you guys opinions or experiences on fgfr inhibitors, l've recently found a source of Erdafitinib for 5mg for $180, the thing is the side effects are pretty nasty, but honestly way better than aromatase inhibitors for which if you crash your estrogen you have to get off them and fuse your growth plates, so I was thinking of taking the 5mg but only here and there and not daily, would that be a good option?

based off, if u use ai and have no basically no e2 at all times then ur growth plates wouldnt ever close

no lol ai is much safer than that don’t recommened any especially any fgfr inhibitors super high risk of horrible sides, everything is above 10-20%
