Just got a whoop banned to track steps, recovery , sleep. Mainly wanting it for sleep tracking and steps , kinda expensive but im using that portion of it as a motivator.
 
Did you try it out yet? I'm thinking of getting the latest Oura ring but I don't like accessories that much.

It's still in a calibrating phase so the data i'm getting is extremely inaccurate. You have to wear it for a while to get accurate data but its not uncomfortable to sleep in or anything. I was thinking about getting the ring too but I thought it would get in the way of lifting.

The whoop app that goes with my band seems like it has some great data as well, mainly recovery and sleep data.

Yeah , it tracks how much sleep im getting, when its light sleep, deep sleep, or REM sleep.

Its $239 yearly, thats really the worst part is that its a yearly subscription .
Is it worth it would you say?

I'm gonna try not to take everything it says to heart on sleep but I would like it for some data about my sleep, because then I can just tweak it to what is comfortable and beneficial and not EXTREMELY optimal.

Couldn't tell you yet as I just got it , but ill make a thread after I have it for a while to give my thoughts.
