Just got a whoop banned to track steps, recovery , sleep. Mainly wanting it for sleep tracking and steps , kinda expensive but im using that portion of it as a motivator.

It's still in a calibrating phase so the data i'm getting is extremely inaccurate. You have to wear it for a while to get accurate data but its not uncomfortable to sleep in or anything. I was thinking about getting the ring too but I thought it would get in the way of lifting.Did you try it out yet? I'm thinking of getting the latest Oura ring but I don't like accessories that much.
The whoop app that goes with my band seems like it has some great data as well, mainly recovery and sleep data.I mean apple health app pretty good

I'm gonna try not to take everything it says to heart on sleep but I would like it for some data about my sleep, because then I can just tweak it to what is comfortable and beneficial and not EXTREMELY optimal.for steps good, for sleep mid ngl youre gonna stress yourself over sleep
