Basically removes senescent cells (cause problems as you age). But they have found to see some benefits regarding bones. Mostly in bone regeneration just making a cleaner zone for growth. Already found a source though it’s expensive ngl.

It's primarily an anti aging drug. It probably dosen't have much on an effect on bone morphology if you are young except if you already do have high senescence, like senescent mscs (SASP), you can check markers for msc senescent through tumor suppressor genes, like p53 for example, foxo4 DRI basically blocks the interaction between foxo4 and p53 thus inhibting the permament growth cycle arrest (senescence).

might not be a bad idea to use but I have a question. Does using it just once cause problems as you age or does using it as you go on in life cause issues.

like I take it just for one cycle and stop but I still feel affects for the rest of my life. Or is it taking it for a few cycles or somethn and then I feel the affects because I keep doing it.

ehhh, fisetin and other senolytics could be more affordable and convenient, FOX would just be the best though

I dont think it's studied long term for humans

senescent cells are basically just cells that stop dividing and cause more problems as you age. Though they do have some benefits the cons outweigh them. Yes they could still come back even after using peptides to make them go through apoptosis. They produce naturally at many ages. Though im not certain the permanent or temporary results of Foxo4 dri since its still being studied.
