I don't know the doctor personally, but he has many 5 star reviews.

This guy Frank seems out of his mind and has some some personality or neurological (like Schizoid) disorder or a combo of both. Hard to trust him when acts like that. Apparently, he thinks everyone is out to get him and sues pretty much everyone. Even counties and cities.

That said, from what I can gather both he and the doctor are shit people.
