Thoughts on getting fillers in multiple steps

I have my first fillers appointment in about 2 weeks. Its just a consultation but the place said on the phone I can get fillers the same day. I am considering scheduling multiple appointments (maybe 3 in 3 months) so that each month I get a little more filler and by the end I have a chad bone structure. I am doing this because if you get the right amount of fillers in the right locations, the results can be pretty insane. Like this guys results:

If I show up out of now where with that massive of a change then everyone I know will know I did something. If however, it is done over multiple appointments, I can just lie and say I have been hitting the gym or something

First don't worry about what other people think.
Second the best thing to do is changing something other on your appearance such as facial hair or haircut so people focus on something else once your face changes overall
