Half agree with his Diet advice, but I align more with Raypeat.

Anyone enjoy his naturalist takes? I’ve liked his philosophy for around 2 years now. He makes a lot of good takes I don't hear often.

Don't agree with his philosophy, but decent diet advice.

His diet advice is on the naturalist extreme to the point where he gets things wrong. For example, certain animal foods are more bioavailable when cooked in a stew or some sort, for example, bone marrow. He makes zero exceptions in his diet; that's where it's flawed.

Ooh, I see. I really only mean his old S3verige talking videos from 6+ years ago, not so much the modern “Goatis” ones.
what’s the distinction? If he eventually started having these takes then he was always a dumbass he just got more bold

he is a genius

Goatis is like half and half most of the time now that I really look at it, he constantly calls people who gym slaves and it’s like if you eat cooked meat you’re just totally inferior I guess, plus his comments are glazing him most of the time

The times he's wrong, he's way off, though. He used to have more nuanced takes years ago.

Explain in further detail please
Mechanism of action:

Aspirin blocks COX enzymes, thereby lowering prostaglandin and thromboxane levels. This reduces pain, inflammation, fever, and platelet clotting.

Aspirin reduces prostaglandin levels and may lower stress-related cortisol and prolactin. (Ray Peats point)

Dose? I feel too much would be bad because dont you think it can thin blood too much or inhibit bone development with high doses? If i had to guess 81 mg 2 or 3x a week would be ideal but idk

No, the 328mg Dose it for blood clots; keep the dose low if your gonna take it.

His take on life itself is horrible

Shit. Completely shit.

I mean when he calls everything "manmade" and "unnatural"
That's the flaw. Most natural things are indeed better, but that doesn’t apply to everything.

Nuance exists.

Yeah, that's about right; then you can benefit from those effects.
