The best implants we have today that are close to bone and cause less infection is PEEK imo
But PEEK is Only licensed in western Europe for some reason

Any studies, opinions about Gore-Tex for facial implants? is it as good as PEEK or not?

I had a goretex chin implant for a while. It felt pretty natural.
