Thoughts on grounding

For a few months whenever I want to go outside I’ll sit on a chair in my yard with my feet barefoot in the grass mainly because it feels good but also because I’ve heard grounding is good for inflammation and other things. Is grounding legit or what?

Think logically, how the hell would walking barefoot for 10 mins a day benefit your appearance in any way

Indirectly it could improve ur sleep and stuff cuz they say that it realigns your frequencies with the earths. It sounds strange but it makes partial sense if u think abt it since the human body is primarily water and we’re constantly pumping music into our ears and stuff
