Thoughts on half a gallon of milk a day?

Hello,
I am a university student living in a dorm which makes it difficult/impractical for me too cook healthy meals all of the time. As a result, I have resorted to consuming high amounts of fast food in order to reach a 300 calorie surplus, which leads to bloating from high levels of sodium. Is it possible to offset this by drinking a half gallon of fairlife milk instead of eating as much fast food? Any feedback appreciated.

Just eat 2 pounds of ground beef every day. More micronutrients, not estrogenic, also quick & easy to cook.
2k calories + 200g protein
 
You could look into taking eplerenone or fuerosemide, for getting rid of excess sodium and water from the body, while retaining potassium.
