thoughts on hopping off AI without rebound

Any thoughts on these if I wanted to hop off arimidex?

1. gradually move adex dose down until I stop (ex. .5mg daily -> .5 eod -> 0.25 eod)

2. stop adex and keep aromasin in stock, take 12mg once to completely kill all estrogen

3. use a SERM like tamoxifen

any thoughts or better ideas on these? which one would work the best?

you can stop it completely and the aromatase enzymes will just return to normal. rebound doesnt mean estrogen surplus

interesting. I saw some threads on meso rx calling the rebound bro science, but also some threads here saying that the rebound is so severe that you could develop gyno and close your plates as soon as you stop.

nah theres tons of pediatric trials you can look up and they document everything that happens when adolescent boys come off 2.5mg letrozole, bone maturation continues back as normal same with growth plates
