Is hydrocortisone worth using to lessen inflammation on the nose? Are the side effects (cortisol spike) worth it, can you take ashwaganda to reduce stress (cortisol) or is ashwaganda cope?

Ashwaganda does help whit lowering cortisol, but take it at night, when you want to have low cortisol. hydrocortisone does help to reduce inflammation on the nose

cortisol spikes are fine dude, everyone goes through them daily multiple times. Cortisol itself is fine, all long as you arnt lathering yourself in hydrocortisone all over ur body like its a moisturiser then its fine.
