thoughts on injectable enzymes for debloat????

I was watching a video about how enzymes work and I wondered about its role in debloat. Has anyone used it?

Hyaluronidase is used to dissolve dermal fillers, but it can also break down some fluid and swelling in the face.
Some aesthetic practitioners use it off-label to reduce puffiness, but it’s not usually used for debloating.
Lipolytic Enzymes (Like Phosphatidylcholine & Deoxycholic Acid)
These break down fat (e.g., Kybella for dissolving fat under the chin).
If the facial bloating is caused by stubborn fat pockets, then this could help, but it won’t really help water retention or regular puffiness.
