bloat is such cope bro

bloat = water retention in fat

less fat = less water retention possible = less "bloat"

solution is to lose fat not water weight. trying to constantly debloat is not sustainable from my experience and its very limiting diet-wise because of the sodium/carb restriction for a very minimal aesthetic change above 15% body fat. if you are below 15% then maybe its worth considering depending on your fat insertions
