HA filler is not a good alternative to it. Other then that their aren't any. If you just need more limited procedure ie only muscle ton and not fat repositioning then canthopexy or canthoplasty can work.


Bleph wont help festoons.

Whats festoons?

I have bags and my skin is kinda thin around the eyelids so it get more purple-ish (not hollows though)

Its another type of under eye bag, that occurs in other planes/compartments. People typically think lower bleph will resolve, it won't. Vast majority of people don't get them, so unless you don't really need to be concerned about them.

I have a similar case, my plastic surgeon says i can do lower bleph, but I am not 100% sure it will resolve my issue. Its probably a combination of thin skin and excess fat.

Co2 the skin + 3 rounds of ezgel will probably take care of the skin. Repositioning fat is the main point of the bleth, so you should be good if that's the cause.

Festoons are typically caused by swelling of the compartment due to weak structural support/allergies/genetics ect.
