If your derma or parents are weird and won't give you Acutane or tretinoin then benzyl peroxide worked for me you can get it no prescription.

If you can't use accutane, vitamin b5 megadose 10-20 grams. This shit genuinely helped me when i was a retard and didn't have accutane but you need to space out doses throughout entire day or else you will be shitting liquid. Also it tastes like nuclear ass. Get the powder from bulksupplements cause pills would cost way too much.

Also use tazarotene or benzoyl peroxide not both or else your skin is fucked.

Additional good pharma add-ons are dutasteride to lower sebum and oral txa if you suffer from PIH and PIE,

I won't list generic supplements since your on a budget and it won't do that much.
