Then it'll depend if your face is wide enough already or not and if you have low set masseters or not

Depends on zygos, bodyfat, masseter insertions, zygos r most important tho they have to be well-projected, large masseters with weak zygos will make you look like an egg

People use botox but anything that acts on expanding the maxilla theoretically atrophies masseters (e.g lefort, sarpe)
