It seems like he’s a very conservative surgeon, so if you want dramatic changes idk if he’s the best person to go to. Idk though could be wrong.

what lots of people don't understand is that bimax is a conservative surgery in itself. It's supposed to move the jaws up to ~7mm. Above that it's unstable, has high relapse rate and high complications rate.
For big movements you're supposed to do distraction osteogenesis.
Crazy advancements you see with some surgeons are not really normal.
