Thoughts on Mezotix for fractional skin rejuvenation?

Does anybody here have any experience with the Mezotix technology?

I heard it has the same effect as microneedling. It stimulates collagen by causing trauma. However it uses heat instead of small punctures.

I've always had some skin issues and some minor acne scaring and went to see a dermatologist. She seems to think that Mezotix is superior to Microneedling.

In my country I need a prescription from a doctor. I can only use retinol.

mostly everybody here has gotten tret by not going through a prescription and using alldaychemist
