Many people claim to widen their palates with a mouthguard and fix mild assymetries.

Is there anyone that has been wearing it to approve any of this?

No it dosen’t. Anyone claiming bone growth or widening due to mouthguards is retarded, most of them just say „its fascia release!“ after being called out. Horrible excuse, shitty device.
