Thoughts on MSE 2023? Worth it or not

i have like a 35mmish palate a little more but my cheekbones are hella narrow and undefinded so I think MSE would help my smile and cheekbones as well as breathing/life

After he mentioned the forum, he said that palate widening is trivial for him to do and he could easily do it if my orthodontist requested it. And he said a bit about it fucking the bite up if you widen the top and there's no way to expand the bottom. That's about it.
