Does mse ascend everyone/anyone or it is subjective
What are the most significant changes that mse does to the front profile of the face ?

Widens zygos nose and palate and slightly lip width. I think overrated unless u have low fwhr very bad palate very thin nose . Mouth width is not important if mouth is wider than nose mouth shape and texture is 1000 x more imp

Multiple results I have seen have the after picture looking uncanny because of lips that are too wide. Take Ronald Ead for example. His mouth looks way too wide now and it threw off his harmony. Perhaps the key is to not go above a certain amount of expansion.

And obviously it's a major looksmin during the process because it gives you gaps between all your teeth.
