I'm also cutting at the moment trying to get down to 215 pounds and around 15% body fat. I lift 3 times a week with 3 sessions of MMA training every week and some jogging on the side.

get to 260 then you're efficient you easily have the frame to be a heavyweight mma fighter. GL
 
HTN physique because the average guy has a bad physique.
 
Meh not that impressive, you have very little definition, above average but not by much but at 6'3 and 225 pounds so irl it can be a halo

Try nucleus overload and light cardio with no diet (just throw out sweet shit)
