I was thinking genioplasty or mby just chin filler and then lip filler in my upper lip to help fix my philtrum. I would like other suggestions for the very visible philtrum problem

I think your right about the nose but i still think a bit of filler in my upper lip would boost my harmony even more. But will definetly look into fixing my nose asap.
