Thoughts on my new diet for fat loss ?

So for reference I’m 5’11, 93kg ~ 205lbs and around 20-25% body fat yes I’m a fat fuck. I’m starting a 8 week cut to try get down to around the 81-83kg mark. I’m doing 20k steps a day including a 5k run daily in the morning. Im taking cardarine as well for fat loss and boosted cardio. Here’s the diet

Breakfast:
Espresso

Lunch:
500g chicken breast (raw weight)
60g of white rice
Protein shake
- 900 calories, about 172g protein

Dinner:
200g chicken thigh ( raw weight)
vegetable mix
2 eggs
Fruit shake ( about 150g of mixed fruit)
- 70g protein, about 600 calories

In total around 1500 calories, and 240-250g protein ish
- also supplement :
omega 3,6,9
Zinc
Magnesium
Vitamin d
Vitamin c

I’d be burning around 3000 calories in a day so around a 1500 calorie deficit. This would be for 8 weeks

Thoughts ?
 
Are you sure you don't want another one of those cheesy... scrumptious... tongue tickling cheeseburgers?

Gl but looks like a burnout plan
 
Add in strength training, and maybe eat a little more if you're gonna do all that exercise.
 
Eat more calories 1500 deficit is brain dead. Ur gonna lose muscle and won’t be able to maintain the diet. Like you said, ur a fat fuck, u obvs like ur food, so don’t restrict urself too much.
