I am a student still so my plan is to only eat food they serve at lunch and a little snack during my nutrition and after that dont eat anything else till the next day and i will drink 2-3 liters of water a day and then for cardio i have basketball practice for 2 hours so it can help me burn some fat off aswell if anyone has some other stuff i should do please respond to this and let me know
