you can buy it off amazon or any other website for like 2 usd it's just a small bin

Just cut them up and put it into some plastic bottle, not that complicated

Yes and no.
Sharps containers should be taken to dedicated waste sites for disposal since you can't just throw them away.

Be responsible with your needles guys.
A sharps bin is a start though.
