Thoughts on Nepotism?

Feels like it should be obvious that nepotism is the way to go. Shouldn't go too far with it but like it's obvious that you should be giving your best resources/knowledge to your family. I feel like the people who complain about it are bitter bitches who have lazy fucktard families who didn't give them anything because of their boomer ass ,"I did it by myself so you can too." mindset.
