What im starting is:

Tret every other night
Cera Ve salicylic acid Wash every night
Wash just water in the mornings
Moisturizer morning and night
Vitamin C mornings

I’m skeptical about washing with water in the mornings, lmk your thoughts.

Seens fine, if you're skeptical about just washing with water, wash with the cleanser, honestly your dermatologist is kind off a retarded nigger that should be shot if he's not prescribing you accutane, you are quite literally paying someone to tell you basic information you could have figured out yourself, drop the dermatologist and do this on your own because you are getting ripped off. Also get on accutane, I said this once and I will say it again.

Nah, I don’t need Accutane. I don’t even have acne. Just some uneven skin tone, tiny bits of pigment scaring and some blackheads.

Don’t think it would give me way better results than Tret considering my skins already good, also trets not liver toxic at all so why would I take the more powerful version that has more side effects when I don’t need it.

Also luckily I payed 0$, not even a co-pay with my family’s insurance. I legit did it just to get the prescription so I didn’t have to wait for Tret to get here from India

Also maybe I’m not well informed with dermatologists but this is considered the best of the best in my area, very hard to get an appointment with as well. Almost no chance they would have prescribed me accurate when I don’t even have a single pimple on my skin
