i already eat a low carb (only carbs coming from trace carbs and milk) along with high protein and fat diet, pretty much carnivore diet as people would call it. i am thinking of adding in orange juice though but hesitant due to the high amount of carbs. can any ray peat or niggas who know shit about nutrition help me out. @ing diet niggas

You can get those numbers from almost anything with 900 calories,
even 900 calories of dark chocolate has more nutritional value to it...

Only on paper, the anti nutrients like oxalates make the big majority of those minerals not available for consumption, fruits like oranges on the other hand don't have anti nutrients

it's good in my opinion. Besides water, orange juice and cranberry juice are best beverages
 
from the store, never. fresh squeezed maybe, but too acidic as a daily drink

i eat a animal based diet too. I get a bigger bulk of my vitamin c from unpasteurized sauerkraut (surprisingly high in nutrients)
