After taking a better look at you, you really should not do bimax.
Do instead the following for jaw and midface region.
Rhinoplasty with cartilage graft to give much more projection to nose.
Dont forget collumn lengthening to make philtrum better.
get a commisuroplasty to widen your mouth a little bit (cheap surgery)
get a genio if you want to. Not sure if it is better or worse.
And do some fatgrafting other niggers told you here or implants for eyes if you wanna do.

A dorsal hump is different than a hooked tip , the latter is what signals downward growth. Your nose is fine tbh but if you're fully ocd about it you could still get rhino.
Leanmaxxing clearing ur skin and fixing ur hair/eyebrows would be the highest roi and i have no interest in not suggesting you surgery you are just addressing the wrong issue. However your face , your money you're free to do what you want and find out ur self.

Softmax - skin, eyebows, haircut

Surgery - fat grafting to your upper orbitals. Read the steve rogers thread. Possibly a rhino but personally I wouldn't bother.

I wouldn't do jawsurgery if I was you. You have way more to lose than gain. Do other surgeries as fat grafts and stuff. And you should also check your skin, maybe hop on finasteride for that. Very underrated it fixed alot of my skin problems.
