I have shit posture so not really, I'm just wondering if this will train me to keep it or if it'll make me overly reliant on it

Parents should buy this to their children if they see bad posture to avoid terrible bone growth and avoid their sons growing into incels.
Cheap looksmaxxing tool imo

Cheap looksmaxxing tool that holds your posture straight as if there’s a string attached from your parietal to your coccyx above the glutes for a temporary period of time. It isn’t any diff in terms of its working mechanism than a neck rest grandpacels wear or people when fractured.

Tools like these are one, used as just another commercial marketing tool and two, for temporary adjustments. These are mainly used for you to just get cautious about your posture and not a permanent fix or correction.

Anyways, you can refer my posture maxing guide for legitimate results

I know, this will encourage habits that will, in turn, improve posture, I just hope I don't become overly reliant upon it like some on Reddit say happens, they say your muscles become weak and dependent on it which is my fear but it seems like that may not be the case if what everyone else here is saying is true (Including yourself)
Is there a posture corrector tool for neck? I read before someone mentioned wearing some form of neck brace for improving their neck postture

My only halo is my near perfect posture
