Rad pretty bad, if you wanna use something oral, only take anavar/oxandrolone, turinabol or superdrol, dont take sarms

And you're already on 500mg of test man, your test suppression is already done, so go for something serious, more effective and safer than orals, take something like Masteron or any DHT Derivates cause you already have the anabolic potency from Testosterone and its a finisher. (dont go for 19-nors)

I would just run run var tbh. It blows RAD out the water. Given the fact it doesn’t get converted by 5AR, I would still recommend using RU while you use it, even though it’s relatively mild on hair (unlike things like masteron).

I have yet to find domestic roid source and my lack parcel with var was seized so I cant get it, only if I wait 3 weeks but then it'll be end of cycle p much, only for the next cycle

No you won’t lose hair after stopping RU. RU is a topical anti androgen. Just stops Test, DHT, etc from binding to your hair follicles and miniaturing them. If androgens do not bind to the follicle, it won’t miniaturise. Minox for example is a growth stimulant, when you stop that’s when the hair falls because the hair is no longer being stimulated. RU is just preventative measure. Hair cannot be “RU dependant”.

No. DHT based/derived roids aren’t converted using the 5AR enzyme.

bro im only on testosterone, ran anavar and proviron in the past, running var and proviron for specific moments

but test is all you need
