The ones who usually can't handle it are the hot girls who almost never get rejected.

Dealing with rejection is easy when you're the average nobody that isn't famous, rich or good looking. Usually, the more successful you think you are, the bigger your ego and the more fragile it is.

You have to realize you're not special, nobody cares whether you exist or not except for your family.

Women are valued for existing while men are valued for what they provide, what they create, what they contribute to the world.

When you know this, it's easy to stop caring about getting rejected. As a clueless teenager though, it can be difficult to accept this.

Even good looking men get less attention than ugly women. You'll never command that much power, so you better forget about that idea.

The way I see it, a hot woman who is crazy isn't worth the trouble, looks matter but they aren't everything.
I would never date a girl just for her looks, because I know that the relationship would be doomed to fail if our personalities don't match.
But, I would never date a girl that I'm not attracted to either. Having standards is fine, but there is more to it than just her looks.

It is only when you are in your teens and 20s that you are going to be so obsessed with sex, and it's because guys at that age have a much higher libido. Humans would have become extinct a long time ago if it wasn't like this. Our libido is not a gift however, it's a curse. Nature gave us a high libido to allow us to tolerate women's bullshit to propagate the species by reproducing as much as possible.

Since women's libido is much lower than ours, in the past, men just owned women's bodies and were able to have sex as much as they wanted, and that was before marriage and civilized societies even existed, marriage continued that tradition until feminism arrived. And that's why there are so many simps and betas nowadays, because women's hypergamous nature gives only the top 10% of men access to most women, this is because women are allowed to choose, this is what feminism has done.

But think of the alternative, what our ancestors had. Was it really better back then? Men were working 60 hour workweeks, women didn't even have to work and only had to obey their husband's demands, you couldn't use protection since it didn't exist so people had over 10 children to raise, they started families at the age of 16 and slaved away for their family for all their life. So, although our forefathers were sexually liberated, they had no real freedom, they were enslaved to their sex drive and sex was their only true joy in life.

Nowadays, there is so much you can do and we are more free than we have ever been before, we're not forced to marry, we're not forced to deal with women even. Nature still controls most of us by making us waste most of our life on women but at least now we have a choice that we didn't have in the past.

So, if you can fight your biological instincts, not necessarily forever but at least for most of the time you are alive, you will be more free than most men in all of human history have ever been. You forget that men had to not only sacrifice their time for their wife and kids, but they had to sacrifice their life too in countless wars and battles and if they had the opportunity to sacrifice themselves to save their wife, they had to do it or they would be shamed by their society.

Sure, we can complain about being sexually frustrated but compared to how people lived in the 1800s or even the 1900s, we should be thankful of what we have, because for those of us who will be able to control their biological insticts, they will open up the doors to so many opportunities and their lives could become so much more interesting and fun.

Women only have the advantage over us in dating, in literally everything else, we win, because on average, we're more creative, more intelligent, and more logical than they will ever be. Even though they are free sexually while we're not, we are free in all the other ways that they're not. Those who can understand that fully will truly be enlightened and realize that life in the 21st century isn't so bad.

I used to handle romantic rejection very badly. I only started being better at it once I fucked / dated a few attractive women and they validated me by calling me attractive.

Once that happened, whenever I got rejected by a girl that looked worse than them, it no longer affected my core self-esteem, because I knew I was above them. Once you've fucked a 6 or 7/10, being rejected by a 5 doesn't affect you in the same way. Instead of feeling ashamed or low self-esteem off the back of the rejection, you instead feel that the girl is mentally ill or just too stupid to see that you mog her.

I still get rejected frequently, even by men. I met a weird autistic PUA guy to cold approach with a few months ago - I thought he was a bit of a loser & felt sorry for him, but he blocked me on whatsapp, after we met LMAO.

I've been rejected by the last five girls I asked out. I was dumped in September too so being dumped plus five rejections this month is not doing me any favors in the self esteem category. Having said that, the last two rejections were not as bad as the first three.
