I’ve been recommended it before but I haven’t gotten it yet.

I found this out recently, even though I lost 40 pounds last year my metabolism has gotten much worse, I’m not sure why, but that’s the truth, no matter how much I try not to eat it ends up being a hamster wheel.

Is it OTC or prescription.
