Thoughts on shampoo and conditioner

I want to improve my straight hair
Do you guys recommend based shampoo and conditioner or anything else that can help improve it (not talking about like styles, just like overall health / looks)

Any thickening shampoo+conditioner from Whole Foods is fine

Different for everyone. I’ve tried different washing frequencies, and I personally shampoo every other day since my shampoo is light and doesn’t strip all of my natural oils.

Others might only need to shampoo once a week or everyday, it varies.
