Thoughts on shoulder pads?

I can’t keep my delts full looking on a 600kcal diet. I just wanna get pads at this point, gym is cope. Fraud is life. But can u wear pads on a t shirt tho? I’d assume it’ll be easy to fraud when winter comes and I can wear baddy clothes
