i recently saw a twitter post “on whores” which had the following argument:
1) incels and redpillers claim whores end up and sad and lonely, as in the old cat lady who rode the cock carousel in her younger years and is now alone.
2) the blackpill is that this archetype does not play out often since most whores do end up in long term relationships and marriages (true) with oofy doofys and beta males. This is nothing more than incel cope
3) incels must not hate these whores anyway, since the suffering imposed on these whores (by their own action) is within. It is a type of spiritual suffering where the consequence of sleeping with several men are weighed on her conscience. she will never get to love as truly as a normal woman does, and therefore she has paid the toll.
this line of argument is quite abstract. extrapolating it to form a general thesis, if the consequence of any action is spiritual(ly negative), is that sufficient enough to have any real impact on a person, or is all of this just cope?
i wonder how many people would do the opposite - an action that only or primarily provides spiritual satisfaction? taking it to its logical conclusion, would you live your entire life stripped of material success but having achieved spiritual success? not many aspire to that, and even less accomplish it. in this life, a tibetan monk or an orthodox priest who have dedicated their life to prayer and spirituality are the only real examples. few find their path voluntarily, most are born into it.
would you consider their life a successful one? if so, why don’t you follow their path yourself?
personally, i do hold massive respect for such type of people, but i could never go down their path. for me, success is inherently material, and i suspect it is the same for most. else you would not be on a looksmax forum which is the most superficial of all.
if spiritual success is not a sufficient condition to entail true success, then spiritual suffering must not be sufficient suffering either. therefore any claims of spiritual suffering as a sufficient consequence to bad action must be considered insufficient.
