Would spironolactone provide the same effect as eplerenone at debloating by lowering aldosterone levels at dosages of 25-50mg a day? Shipping from India to the US is paused right now and I can't find any US domestic sources that have eplerenone
I've heard some bad things about it not being selective enough and that it has bad effects on androgen receptors
