based on my understanding its supposed to help your posture and face asymmetries by you being able to have more contact with the back molars and apparently it should increase this molar height with time but my concern is that when you are done with it your molars would have even less contact sinse you had this device that youve been biting down on and because of that its actually been shortening the height of the molars. since the molars are the only teeth being affected, in this case molars are being pushed further away from eachother and the rest of the teeth are unaffected.
