So atm I’m on adderall and it suppresses my hunger heavily. I already have a good physique and I’m 9% bf. Ive heard reta increases vascularity which I’m interested in but I’m concerned that with adderall my hunger will be to heavily suppressed and I’ll lose muscle mass or risk losing height (I’m already short).

Nah bro reta does more than just suppress appetite. way improved fat oxidation, greatly improved insulin sensitivity, raises bmr, and apparently your energy levels on a deficit with it are way better than w/o

Youre at 9% bf you dont necessarily need reta. For vascularity you can try low dose cialis ed

from what ive heard you have to manually feed yourself on reta often times anyway.

thats from eating less (which reta makes a lot easier), would happen if you do it naturally as well
