did you decompensate your bite fully? ur getting the most movement from your genio, almost 12mm. 10 degree ccw looks good too, its just the jaw movement, which isnt the most. This are still very big movements in total. A lot ccw, huge genio, ask your surgeon/ortho if theres anything u can do to max the jaw movements, in perticular the lower jaw since your upper one has already good projection, guessing ur black
If I’m not mistaken yes. My ortho had to fix a different orthos mistake and bring my teeth back to where they should be. And yeah the movements are big, just feel like my before and after aren’t the same as others who seemed to be as recessed as me. And yeah I’m black.
23mm pog is gonna be a huge improvement for you. if surgery is in a week, go for it. if your lower jaw still bothers you after your bimax, you can do another genio 6-12 months after. whose your surgeon?

Definitely wouldn’t hurt to ask however due to the TMJ OA on my right side it’s probably not possible .

Yeah definitely. Dr. said the 10 degree ccw is why he wasn't able to get more chin projection so I'll just see how i land in the end.
