Thoughts on swimming?

I used to do HIIT runs and i was good but after a while i decided to get into swimming

i swim one hour a day, two times a week. First two months were rought , i was tired all the time and hungry

I started ingesting much more calories and protein and now im able to swim without any problem, im even thinking into adding an extra session or maybe start surfing classes as well, one day a week


i alwayz smoke a fat joint before swimming, i get into the pool high af and its fun af
 
once my school is over, i will swim for fucking 4 hours a day
shit is so fun
 
Swimming is high tier for cardio and lean muscle. Only thing about swimming is that you get crazy hungry after a hard swim session due to burning hella calories.
