Magnesium in the glycinate form is great. Take 200-400mg every night 1h before bed. Helps you fall asleep and you won’t want to shit yourself.

go for 300-400mg nightly look for glycinate doesnt really lower it too much but still mostly indirect via sleep quality

So it's not great for stress ?
its good but its not as strong as a potent inhibitor like mitotane (think that was the name) amazing for sleep quality though and calimg nervous system
