I have posterior open bite and crooked teeth and bimaxillary protrusion

Giant.implants says it doesnt really effect the face. I dont think it will change you drastically. Removing Wisdom Teeth is okay. The bottom left one only looks impacted why tf wants he to remove all 4 ???
