They're very nice I think @NumbThePain did a great job on them.

I personally don't like black because it makes the names too hard to read when using dark mode.

I don't think the mod colors will be released for VIPs but I could be mistaken.

It genuinely feels like I'm being flashbanged constantly if I have light mode on. I don't know how people can prefer it.
