It depends on the age, I agree this can help, but I don't agree that it works into late adulthood. The maxilla isn't some structure floating around in your body, it's a bone which sutures pretty much shut around age 14-16, after that point the movement it can naturally exhibit is TINY. Your posture can help improve your appearance, certainly, but it's not going to do anything to a bone that's fused together with the rest of your skull.
 
The guy in the vid says change is possible at any age just takes longer, kinda like mewing. but if you say room for improvement is tiny then it probably is. But that makes me question how @AstroSky was able to transform after most bones fuse. Thanks for the assessment 👍🏼
