Wont reveal the food yet to get unbiased opinions but this is pretty fucking solid for ‘junk food’ right? Obv high in carbs which is excess cals but taste will make up for i, thoughts?

Imagine avoiding carbs, lol sad life u gymcels have
avoiding carbs is key for aesthetics. eat only 1 time - 2 max carbs in the day to fullness and veins. otherwise is cope eating carbs in all meals

low bf + low sodium intake mogs.

I’m not dumb so i know carbs are good and you actually need them to not go fucking insane.
But sodium could be avoided and potassium should be 1:4 the ratio.

fats and proteins is key for hormones. since im in high fat high protein diet never felt better. i smell better and i feel energetic too.

for a cheat meal is really good i would include that 1 time for day with those macros. then eat only protein and fats. i find 100-180g carbs daily pleasent to me and it gives me fullness.

i stay at 14-15% bf with my actual diet. peak hormones, fat on my face and little leaness on my body. enought to claim lean and slighty big.

after i know i ate all my carbs i usually just eat milk/fruits which are low calorie and low everything. gives good fructose tho

i dont gym cel . I like lifting weightz but i dislike the people

i base my fitnezz around high protein diet , swimming and a bit of weight lifting, although light weightz due to it being at home

i live in the thirdworld

i suggest you look for more options . I avoid eating outside but when i do i try it to be either turkey , meat , chicken (but not kfc, mcdonalds shit) or fish


turkey sandwich is my go to junk food. I love french fries but they are shit for fitness , but love them

pretty solid imo depending on your daily macros. kinda high in salt though.
also depends on what kind of fat that is, animal fat is good but if thats just fried in seed oils very bad.
