Its a smaller difference Bcuz he wanted to fix his rounded hairline which means he cant lower it as much Bcuz of how the skin gets stretched. Look at the side profile instead to see the potential this surgery really has.too small of a difference to make it worth the money
have you shopped what yours would look like? before and afterIts a smaller difference Bcuz he wanted to fix his rounded hairline which means he cant lower it as much Bcuz of how the skin gets stretched. Look at the side profile instead to see the potential this surgery really has.

A big part of the frontal improvement was getting it straight and masculine instead of feminine and rounded.looks good tbh, especially from a profile view, very noticeable improvement.
I think from the front, its on the border of being too perfect. any Lower and it looks super uncanny

My Wallet is getting rapedI need this so badly
I thought it was cheaper than 10k? I thougjt even hairline lowering combined with hair transplant (to hide scar) was less than 8kMy Wallet is getting raped
Idk depends on surgeon igI thought it was cheaper than 10k? I thougjt even hairline lowering combined with hair transplant (to hide scar) was less than 8k
Thing is he used 3.5k grafts (most people have abt 4-6k in their donor area) which means If he balds in the future he wont be able to transplant behind his hairline as his donor Will be depleated. Hair transplants also cant achieve the same density and natural look.Check out this guy from reddit.
Not norwooding just a naturally bad hairline.
He didnt get hairline lowering surgery due to potential scarring.
Only had hair transplant.

Imo best of the best is to get BOTH surgeries. A reduction for the lowering and a transplant to help cover the scar and soften the very dense hairline.
But the second best option is lowering and potentialy use concealer on the scar assuming your hairs didnt grow through the slit created for them.
Yes possibly a procedure next year getting temples and some extra scar coverup. What about the temporal points?
Are u planning to get those done as well?
