Found a clinic in Thailand that seems to specialize in custom silicone implants. They do a lot of infraorbital saddle implants from what I can see, here are some results:

Seems to fix negative orbital vector, significantly helps with dark circles and in some cases it even seems to slightly lift the lower eyelid up due to all the extra support added, these look better than almost any fat grafting results I've seen.

I just wonder how safe they are long term?

Custom peek only, fixated with screws.

Those results are suspicious because every single one basically perfectly erased the under eye blackness

wdym makes no sense this is what best surgeons are using
I mean it makes no sense to limit yourself to Peek in the infraorbital area. Hard sillicone works perfectly fine as well.

I can barely find any before/afters for those though, and even if I do it's mostly weird angles or like 10 days post op with swelling

Kind of a niche surgery, add a good before and after on top of that, you are looking for a needle in a haystack.

Silicone is fine, but if you go to local maxfac, custom peek shouldn't be much more expensive. They charge nothing extra for making them infra-malar, if they do, they are scammers.

Yeah I looked into it and they are fine for that area.

the results are hella impressive i really wonder if its legit lmao, imagine if they just edit the after

Looks pretty legit to me. I'll likely go consult with him as I live in BKK

Right, hard sillicone is slightly flexible. That has no impact on bone erosion in the infraorbital area at all.
I'd agree, it's mainly the chin and jaw.

I'm very skeptical of saddled infras. Although they might look good in photos (assuming the best-case), they'll likely end up looking uncanny irl + in-motion. Alternatively, the advantage of fat grafting infras is that the contour reintegrates and adjusts with the surrounding tissue, meaning that even if the initial result looks poor, it will adjust to a more harmonious outcome eventually. Implants obv have no way of doing this, meaning that you're likely stuck with an uncanny result until a potential revision. I would just get regular infra implants (if needed at all) + fat grafting instead.
